Description
UPDATE - The problem was caused by a TDC PowerBoxCR. When I removed it, it started no problem, 1 glow-plug cycle, in -21C weather. Trying to start my smart fortwo cdi (Diesel) on a mild Canadian morning (-20 C). Took 3 attempts and 10 cycles of the glow plugs, but it finally started :)
