Ride in a Mk2 Jaguar 3.4

Description

Recorded to help me remember the sounds and experience of 3 days with a very expensive hire car. Uploaded to YouTube just to see how it's done. The camera was an Olympus digital stills camera perched on the passenger seat and using the Quicktime video function. The area driven was Settle in Yorkshire, and the car hired from a Yorkshire based classic car hire specialist. In the sequence the car was reversed out of a parking space, then as soon as I got it on to the main road I had to pull up for traffic coming the other way because of a skip on my side of the road. The first attempt at filming was even less successful because of traffic!
