IOWA The Controversy Over Cassettotonia (Eating Video Cassettes)

Description

In the "mockumentary" spirit of Spinal Tap comes this faux news documentary about heavy metal band "IOWA" whose controversial song "Video Mama" caused kids across the country to start eating entire VHS video cassettes resulting in many deaths. This idea came about after a controversial "60 Minutes" news report on how listening to Ozzy Osbourne's song "Suicide Solution" resulted in mass suicides across the country. I wanted to take it further and ask the question, "How far would metalhead go in following the lyrics of a heavy metal band?" This video answers that question. Starring: The Ninth (Ken Apperson, Ara Bedikian, James Helsing) as IOWA the greatest heavy metal band in the world. Also stars Jim Kundig, Mr & Mrs Sachtjen, Bruce Campbell, Chris Unsoeld and a special appearance by Dr Kichio Maku. A Video By Nadja Dee CONTAINS ALL ORIGINAL MUSIC AND FOOTAGE.
