This is a very rare 959 - fewer than 350 ever built and the basis for Porsche's all-wheel drive sports cars - in fact it is one of the first high-performance vehicles to use an all-wheel drive system. Currently licensed and titled in California. One of 106, "Comfort" editions built for 1987 by Porsche which include Air Conditioning and Power windows and door locks. Converted by Canepa Design for collectors that actually want to drive their cars in the US. Numerous modifications made that help performance, reliability and ease of use, yet don't hurt the aesthetics or provenance of the vehicle. According to Bruce Canepa, "Nothing is done to the car that cannot be undone". Original odometer was swapped out for US compliance with 7439 miles, current odometer shows 1679. Total miles are 9118.
