Marmon Sixteen

Description

Known as the Hamilton car, this Marmon Sixteen is one of about 22 Convertible Coupes produced for 1931, of which it is believed only two remain. Purchased new by a young Yale student, the car lay dormant for many years and has since been restored to award-winning condition. A testament to Howard Marmons genius and 16-cylinder masterpiece, with fascinating provenance to boot, it will be offered at RM Auctions Vintage Motor Cars of Hershey event, which takes place on October 8th and 9th.
