Coolant leaks will cause the motor to Hydro lock (damage). when the plastic intake leak air. it will cause a Lean condition. A leaky intake manifold will also affect the O2 (oxygen) sensor performance by contaminating and mass air flow (MAF) data. An intake leak will trip many codes in the false codes. replacing the sensor recommend by the scan tool will not fix the condition if the plenum leaks.
