April 27, 2009. General Motors officially kills the Pontiac brand. The members of the Poncho Mailing List all decided to post pictures and videos of our cars doing burnouts. I was going to do it one better by going to the local Pontiac dealer, but I decided against it for a number of reasons... see the video for why this was almost a REAL burnout! :D The car is my 1968 Pontiac Catalina with Ventura trim. She's a 2 door coupe with a 455 engine that's been bored out .30 over (462 cubic inches, or roughly FOUR of your average 4-cylinder econobox car engines).
