Mercedes-Benz StarDrive Poland 2009

Description

In Cracow and its surroundings 70 vintage Mercedes cars took part in the VIII annual rally of the Polish Mercedes Oldtimers Club. Other main organizers: Mercedes-Benz Polska, Daimler AG, Krakow Festival Office. Thanks to sponsors (Mercedes-Benz, Doxa, Mobil 1) Polish rally became the biggest Mercedes oldtimers meeting in this part of Europe in 2009. Rally lasted 4 days. On the first a press-meeting was organized. Jochen Mass (former racing driver) and Sobiesław Zasada (Polish rally driver) tried to compare their sports. On the second day the main part of rally took place. On day 3 all participants presented their cars during concourse of elegance on the main square of Cracow. Beside vintage Mercedes cars, new models also has been presented including brand new E Coupe and AMG versions of C and SL Class.
