2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT engine noise

Description

The car was making a slight ticking noise that's not uncommon on these EJ25 motors. It was being driven for the first time in quite awhile, after about 10 miles, the car lost power and stalled out. After restarting, it started making the racket you hear now, so we shut it off and got it towed home. I just took the timing belt cover off to verify everything seemed ok there, it was on whilst driving.
