2009 Nissan Versa Startup, Engine, and Full In-Depth Tour (Part 1)
Description
Hey everyone what's happening? Here I have my grandma's 2009 Nissan Versa hatchback. This will be an in-depth tour of all the features inside and out, I'll start it up and show the engine, then demonstrate how much cargo capacity this little car really has! Be sure to subscribe to my channel if you like this and all my other videos. It is a base model for a hatchback, the sedans have even FEWER features. It is sold as the Nissan Tiida outside the United States, which replaced the Nissan Sunny (which was the US Sentra until 2006) in 2004 as a 2005 model. It arrived in the US in July of 2006 as a 2007 model, a year later than expected. The US Sentra at the time was redesigned on the larger Renault Mengane platform while the Versa was introduced on an updated version of the old Sentra platform (much like how the Camry, Civic, Corolla, and Accord are redesigned). This makes the Versa a "proper replacement" for the B15 Sentra, because it is sold around the world and uses an updated platform and updated engines from the 2001-2006 Sentra. The 2012 Versa will bring some big changes! The 2009 Versa Hatchback includes: 1.8L I4 (122 hp @ 5500 RPM and 174 lb-ft @ 4800 RPM) - MR18DE (base models come with a 1.6L engine) 4-speed automatic transmission Air conditioning (not available on base sedans) Speed sensitive electric power steering Power mirrors (not available on base sedans) Multi-stage front, side, and side curtain air bags for both the driver and passenger w/weight sensors ...
