Astra F GSi 1. Start

Description

This is an Opel / Vauxhall Astra F GSI / VXR 2.0i 16V with hipo n/a engine specs first start up. My very first project in this kind aswell as the first vid I made in movie maker. It contains the very first start up of a completely remade C20XE engine with a tune up to around 200hp. Another vid with the concrete performance figures will follow soon! I cut the vid after around 1min 30. The actual duration is over ten minutes, since evrything is new in the engine bay. This also explains the smoke coming up. we got completely new fittings to the cylinder head.. everything. Adding to this, the inside components of the engine were fitted together by professionals, since we didn't dispose of the necessary tools to complete that mission in the right way. They have bathed the engine in some kind of protecting oil which is not as consistant than ordinary lubricant and so disappears in smoke as soon as the engine cathes a bit of temperature.
