2000 VW Passat 1.8t ATW Problems Starting

Description

My Passat won't start, I'm not 100% sure what it can be. I included as much information as I could. EDIT: SOLUTION: The problem I had was that when I turned on the car, it was spurting and sputtering, so i turned it off immediately after starting, something awesome with passats is that if you shut it off right after starting, and then try starting again, you flood the engine. I had to pull the plugs for the night, and all was well!
