Cinders-King and Queen

Description

The King and Queen enjoy a nice quiet walk in the Royal Gardens... or so they think... Cinders was a 'proof of concept' trailer (a kind of pilot) for a British panto version of Cinderella. The aim was to have all the razzmatazz of the theatre, blending theatrical scenery with real-life locations and producing a more involving story. Shot in Full High Definition, over 35 scenes were edited into a six minute short-film, detailing the various backgrounds, filming styles and dialogue. The BYP production process was developed to include auditions and assistance from industry partners. With a great many new faces both in front of and behind the camera and the completed short-film, BYP now have the tools to develop Cinders into a full feature (and potentially commercial) production.
