1971 Lotus Elan +2S 130 - Test Drive 25.9.09

Description

This is a filmed test drive of the Lotus as evidence of it working properly! It was recorded on 25.9.09 and evidenced by the newspaper of the day before. At the start you can hear it start immediately on the key. I'd had it running or a minute or so a couple of hours earlier but I think you'll agree this is still quite good! Balancing the choke is a bit hit and miss at first (1:15) but as you can hear the engine soon settles down. Then as I drive up to the first junction (around 2:00) I'm driving over cobbles - it isn't the car! Then I drive up a hill for a few minutes. Any questions please let me know!
