1957 Pontiac Chieftan
Description
A 1957 Pontiac Chieftan that was saved by Mark Miremont. This car's styling was conceived by GM's legendary Harley Earl with the blessing of Pontiac's division Chief, SE "Bunkie" Knudsen. The frame and body was shared with the Chevrolet Bel Air, however, Pontiac's cars did not endorse the larger rear fins as seen on the 1957 Chevys. This car has the Historic Pontiac 347 cid -- 252 hp V8 engine with a 4-barrel carburetor and a dual exhaust system, with column shift automatic transmission.
