Knocking Jaguar S Type - 3.8 XK Engine

Description

After my 1965 3.8s lunched its engine (piston ring broke) I fitted a known good 3.8 from a 1959/60 Mk2. Unfortunately it knocks. However the knocking is constant with engine speed and not related to load. It doesn't sound like bearings and is coming from the rear low down - filmed with a hot engine. Still camera on movie setting footage, unfortunately.
