Part 2 of My 1965 Mk1 Austin Mini Cooper racing at Sepang 6 Dec 2009 - last round of 2009 Asian Classic Car Series held by HK Classic Car Club. We won Class B overall for 2009.

Just bought my brothers 998cc mini with a full metal flipfront, First drive after it has been stood in his unit for 3 years. Needs a lot of work to bring it back upto scratch.

Replaced head gasket, sandwich plate, bolts ,thermostat, , belts, water pump ,spark plugs and wires, all in about 5 hours, .

This was my mini doing its first dyno run it made 60 bhp in this run and later went on to make 65 bhp at the flywheel not bad for a standard 1275 on aa single su carb
