Mazda Millenia Miller Cycle Engine Supercharger Failure Repair Burning oil like crazy!

This is a car my bro bought for cheap knowing whats wrong with it. For under 2 grand he bought a pse refurbished supercharger. He's damn lucky he's got a brother like me, this is a scary looking engine to work on, very complicated! I managed to quickly diagnose the problem by some simple research on the internet. As you can see the supercharger's oil seals are completely FUBAR, causing the spark plugs to foul and the car misfire like crazy. This is a common problem with these cars that should have been recalled, however this reman supercharger has better than oem seals in it that should last the rest of the life of the car.
