Sherlock Holmes, music by A Great Many (The Case of the Cunningham Heritage)

"Excellent!" I cried. "Elementary" said he. Sherlock Holmes was a good friend since the mid 1800's, and we were killing time in the usual ways at 221 B Baker St. when John H. Watson's movers arrived with a half dozen chests and lockers of his posessions. By the time the second crew showed up Dr. Watson had already arrived via calash and Holmes was totally lit and in the corner. Watson explained he arrived without a stick of furniture, although he had a number of fine rugs brought back from the middle East during his time in the military. Holmes spent most of the move-in smoking, reading, and apparently nodding off, althogh he would chime in at the oddest moments in conversation between myself and Watson. The movers weren't gone more than 5 minutes before the message launching The Case of the Cunningham Herritage arrived. Watson chronicled this mystery as librettist and I scored it for studio rock band, producing this video in the process. After the solution of the mystery, but before Holmes drifted back into his induced Xanadu, he broke out his violin and we tracked a few numbers for use in future A Great Many music videos. What a waste he didn't concentrate his skills on music! This song was recorded on a soundstage in East Paxarbolia using the following instrumentation: Basses: - ESP 8-string B-208FM, flame maple top.
