In the large executive saloon car market, the Infiniti M is definitely the wildcard choice. Being a newcomer to Europe, it's not as well proven as its German rivals and until recently, was only available with a thirsty V6 petrol engine. Now there's a 3 litre diesel available though, we decided to find out how it compares with the likes of BMW, Mercedes and Jaguar.
