Descent Maximum (PS1) Link Cable Co-op Gameplay

Description

This is a vid of my bro and I playing a few levels in Descent Maximum in the Link Cable coop mode. The Link Cable is a nearly forgotten peripheral for the PS1 that allowed for what is essentially Lan play. In order to play this mode, you need two old gray model PS1 consoles with the I/O port on the back (the PSOne remodel doesn't support the Link cable, and neither does the PS2), two TVs, and two copies of the game. Anyone who has ever played lan on the modern consoles, will be pretty familiar with the setup. Chances are, most people who owned, or played this game on the PS1, never got to experience the multiplayer modes for it, because of how expensive that setup would have been back in the PS1 days, and because of the limited sales of the Link Cable. Chances also are, most people who owned a PS1 never even knew the Link Cable existed to begin with. NOTE: If you get dizzy from video games, then you probably won't want to watch this vid for very long. The sometimes choppy framerate mixed with early 3D visuals in a game that allows for 360 degree flight can be a nauseating experience for some people.
