VintageMob - Morris Minor #5 Jun-2010 Arrives at garage

The Minor has only just arrived and already we want to play :-) Apparently the car had been started some weeks ago by jumping it to a battery (after twenty years the origianl battery was a dried husk). We wanted to see it running - just for fun. A high output charger was connected to the leads. Caution - on these older cars the positive was comon (not the negative as in modern cars). Cranking it over with the starting handle brought back a lot of memories - all bad - especially when it still would not start :-/
