The build is: 1) Glyph of Swiftness 2) Deadly Paradox 3) Shadow Form 4) Glyph of Lesser Energy 5) Ebon Battle Standard of Honor 6) Sliver Armor 7) Dwarven Stability 8) Dark Escape Like all Perma-sf builds, you will need a headpiece with a superior shadow rune and a weapon with +20% enchantments. The entire run takes about 4 minutes. The eotn ranks used in this video are: Vanguard - 10 Dwarven - 10 There is no minimum req but the higher the better.
