To the {Standard Airline Tubing} cut link 3 small links between the T-Valves! Place Oh {Standard Airline Tubing} like size of drinking straw in balloon then put rubber band round the balloon over and over till can't get it off then place a rubber band in rubber band so can take off rubber band that balloon!
