Opel Monza sunroof video 5 -adjustment of guides and cables

The final video in my Opel Monza/Senator A guide. This shows the setting up of the cables and guides that control ther movement of the sliding roof panel. Note my comments about the depressed main roof panel, over-enthusiastic rubbing down of paintwork on a restoration had lowered the roof skin by several millimetres. After much scratching of heads I eventually solved this by inserting inflatable camping pillows and blowing them up carefully with a compressed airline until the roof panel was back in position. Don't overdo this though! If the main roofline is too low your beautifully painted sunroof panel will probably end up getting scratched the first time you wind it back..
