1975 Imperial LeBaron & Chrysler New Yorker and Newport promo

Description

Dealer Promo Film. These films were created by Roy Ross and used by Chrysler Dealers using their Kodak Supermatic 60 film projectors. They could be viewed by sales people or even by the potential customer. The Kodak Supermatic 60 film system was launched in the early 70's. They used a film loop cartridge. 1975 was the best selling year for Chrysler since 1969 even though overall, 1975 was a poor year for the auto industry in general. A mere 9000 Imperials were sold in it's final year as a make of car. The Imperials would be reintroduced three more times by Chrysler, one in 2007 as a Show Car
