本多忠勝Honda Tadakatsu

Description

Honda Tadakatsu - one of the big four in Tokugawa era -was the first feudal lord of Kazusa Otaki with a hundred thousand koku stipend. He had been into battles 57times in his life and he had never given up even if he suffered a difficult situation. Moreover he had never been injured. Otaki castle is the inner citadel added to a style of castle walls, Tadakatsu is as the first owner of that castle.This castle is a museum now where we can see a Japanese swords, a suit of armors and so on.
