Built on the same platform as Europe's Toyota Avensis, the 2005 Scion tC combines a re-tuned 2.4-liter Camry four-cylinder engine making 160 horsepower with a sport suspension and lots of standard equipment, all draped by sheetmetal that looks like a coupe but functions like a hatchback.
