BMW e36 M3 evo (euro s50 3.2l or S50B32) bad timing chain?

Description

My engine has 167000km and has been making this annoying sounds since I got it at 139000km. I have changes the vanos and the hydrolic chain tensioner but it made no difference. It sounds like some other cars' bad timing chain noise. Does anyone have a diagnosis and solution for this noise? The engine sems to have all the power it should.
