Description

The original 328 was built for the Mille Miglia. The thousand-mile race from Brescia to Rome and back was one of the most exciting and prestigious car races of the 1930s and 40s.In 1940 BMW joined the race with five sports cars. One of them was designed by aerodynamics pioneer Wunibald Kamm. Now BMW has resurrected the lost 328 Kamm Coupe in three years of painstaking construction work based on a few old photographs. Drive it! is on hand to witness the reconstruction.
