Two Bristol Old Vic Young Company 23 - 27 March, Eve 8pm, Matinee (Thurs and Sat) 2pm, £12/£6 Bristol Old Vic Young Company is an extraordinary ensemble of 450 young people, who collaborate with professional artists to make work driven by theatrical curiosity. The Young Company runs 22 sessions a week (age groups from 7 - 25) and stages between 3 and 6 productions a year ranging from devised work to classic texts. The quality of the work is so high that we have begun to introduce the participants to the full range of artists we're working with, so alongside seeing their own performances, you will also find them involved in the development of professional work in all parts of our programme. Two, created by the Young Company with their director Tid, is about the magic of pairs Father and ... One boy sings without a friend... Batman eats a solitary meal, sat at a lonely table upon an isolated chair A shoe mourns for its pair... One for sorrow...
