2008 Mitsubishi Lancer EX 1.5L Auto 0-100 sprint

Description

Tested car is a Mitsubishi Lancer EX (new shape) sporting a 1.5L engine mated to a 4-speed auto transmission. The car runs on 16" alloy wheels and wears a factory-fitted body kit and a huge rear spoiler! 0-100 happens in 13.2 seconds with aircon off. Max possible speed is 199 kph. Cornering limits are very good though it is nowhere near the Focus, Mazda 3 and Civic..Moderate body roll is present; and the car understeers badly when pushed over limits. Mileage is just too good for a car like that with over 700 kms possible from a tank. Overall, a nice car with killer looks and value for money.
