Clio 1.5 DCi EGR Valve Maintenance

Description

Finding, removing, cleaning and replacing the exhaust gas recirculation valve on my 2001 Clio. It was hesitating on accelerating and blowing out loads of black smoke (unburnt fuel). A brief web search and I found out that a clogged EGR valve could be the cause of the problem. After finding out how straightforward it was t to remove and replace, I had a go myself - instant improvement!
