SPC Benjamin Osborn - Motorcade for Fallen Soldier - June 24th 2010 Fort Edward, NY

Description

Army Specialist 4 Benjamin Osborn served with the 1st Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division based in Fort Campbell, Ky. He deployed to Afghanistan in April where he served until he was killed in action during a June 15th 2010 ambush in Konar Province, Afghanistan. He is the son of Bill and Beverly Osborn who reside in Queensbury and husband of Nicole Lapier-Osborn. Our thoughts and prayers are with SPC Osborn's family and especially Nicole. The motorcade was escorted by 8 motorcycles from the New York State Police, 7 Fire Trucks, and 76 Patriot Guard Rider's. This video was recorded on the east side of Route 4 opposite the General Electric plant looking north as the motorcade entered the north end of Fort Edward, NY on its way to the Saratoga National Cemetery about 20 miles south.
