Description
On a trip on March 7th 2011, from Kansas City Missouri to St. Louis Missouri, we had an erratic bus driver. She was driving other cars off the road, missed our exits several times, and when confronted about her erratic behavior she proceeded to lock all 55 passengers in the bus with no AC/Heat. There were several infants and a pregnant woman on board.
