Really cold start of the old 1973 plymouth suburban wagon with the mopar 400 running again

Where do I start. This car has been sitting in my neighbors driveway since I was a kid. Always wanted it. It's been sitting untouched since 1990. Today is the day it runs again. It has a numbers matching mopar 400ci engine with the torque flite transmission. The tires even still hold air and are not severely weather cracked. Everything so far works but the brakes, they don't build enough pressure to work but enough pressure to activate the switch for the brake lights, yes even the AM radio with one speaker works. One owner, specially ordered at Reedman's (now Reedman-Toll auto group). Enjoy.
