SENavigator - storm chasing software tool

Description

SENavigator is versatile stormchasing software tool for outdoor usage. During runtime SENavigator continuously downloads actual CELDN and CZRAD data from public and (optionally) secured Czech Hydrometeorological Institute servers and animates them together with mapped storm and stormchaser position. While stormchaser position is located using GPS system, storm position is tracked by software, which consequently calculates relative distance, speed, contact Delta T etc. All informations are periodically presented by acoustic voice report so stormchaser doesn´t need to watch display while driving or observing storm. All downloaded and generated data can be modified, stored and anytime replayed even without internet connection. Except outdoor internet connection SENavigator also supports other GSM services such as SMS messaging and SMS remote control.
