Morris Minor Series II Split Screen Convertible

Description

This is my almost completed morris minor project thats taken over 5 years of very limited spare time. Its a 1953 split screen convertible. Ive upgraded it with front disc brakes and the later 1098cc engine and gearbox. I have a few tweaks to make on the doors fitting, some missing parts to source for the dash ( glove box opening button ) and a manual screen washer pump. The hood fits a little loose at the back but im sure i will sort it soon. Ive now got a firm grip of spraying and welding !! I had the chassis dipped after all thewelding was completed which was a great idea as it completely eliminated any rust. I will upload some pics of the engine bay later this year which is a shiny as the outer body !! Cant wait to take it out on the road.
