I bought my Robin Hood III kit car as a pile of bits when I was 25. Having got jolly with my tools for three years, the end result is a thing of beauty, I think. This is my passion, my mistress, my muse... You get the picture. The music playing over this film of me enjoying my motor is by Matt Monro. On Days Like These was used over the opening of The Italian Job in 1969.
