2JZ Turbocharged HR Holden sedan

We stumbled across this little beauty recently at the Heathcote drags. It's an old 1966 HR Holden with an injection of modern horsepower. Paul has fitted a turbocharged Toyota Supra 2JZ engine into his classic Holden and it sure makes an improvement to its quarter mile times. While the video only shows paul running 10.9 the car has gone as fast as 10.6 seconds. Not bad for a six pot streetcar. The turbo is a GT42R and it uses a small shot of nitrous to help it spool up on the startline. Neat set-up!
