Driving from Cologne Christmas market [damn, it was cold!], to stay with Polish friends near Zurich - a nice fast cruise, all legal, fully loaded to the roof with luggage & presents - and we still got 36mpg on that tankful. I had to turn down the Chip, as it was so powerful, it was making the clutch slip as the boost came in. A few moments later we got passed by a Smart car. Yes, a Smart car.! That took balls!
