VW Jetta 1.4 TSI Climatronic

Description

A short video inquiring whether the air vent flaps are working as intended. I don't believe they are, after I got my car back from an audio install. When the air vents are open; the diffuser is open; the button DEACTIVE, the air should be approx 90/10 (90% diffuser, 10% front). When the button is ACTIVE, the air should be 0% diffuser/100% front. This video shows that the button doesn't seem to do anything, although you can hear the airflow sounds changing when the button is activated/deactivated.
