2003 Audi A4 1.8T CVT Transmission Problem

2003 Audi A4 1.8T CVT Transmission Problem. First few seconds it is stalled. After I restart it and put it into drive it waits then shudders forward and rolls back. All PRNDL are lit up. Any ideas? 3/1/2010: It drove perfect for a week but now is in limp mode. It can drive with rarely any shudders but wont' go past 4th gear and has trouble shifting into 3rd and 4th (takes awhile). I'm going to try changing the ATF fluid...
