1st September 1970, President Ahmadou Ahidjo of Cameroon rides with other African heads of state during the Summit of the Organization of African Unity in Yaounde, Cameroon. The motorcade rolls into the heart of Yaounde. Much of the landscpe has changed now. 38 years later, his successor president Paul Biya rides in the same Mercedes Benz 600 Presidential Landaulet, now painted white, in the streets of Yaounde.
