1993 vauxhall cavalier 1.7TD trying to start (PART 2)

Description

1993 vauxhall cavalier 1.7TD trying to start after not being started for about 2 years. Ive given it some fuel and bled the system (as proved). I also tested the glow plugs. Ive looked for any seized or jammed components, but everything seems to be ok. Next I will try and drag start it, as opposed to push starting it :D
