QSO with Geoff in Thurmaston in Leicestershire, He is using an Icom IC706MkII-G @ 50 watts output. His signals to me were about 5/6 with QSB & we were about 50 miles apart. My TX/RX was an Icom IC2725 @ 5 watts output into a Watson W-770HB 2m/70cm Dualbander. My QRA was Owler Bar DX Spot @ 333 Meters / 1093 Feet ASL, to the South West side of Sheffield.
