Description

QSO with Rob in Middleton - Tamworth, Staffordshire. He was using an Icom IC-E2820 Dual Band FM & D-STAR Digital Voice enabled Transceiver @ I think 5 watts output. His signals to me were 4/1 but comfortably readable & we were about 50 Miles apart. Thanks for the nice QSO Rob but where is my cup of Tea? Hope to work you again soon mate, either on VHF or UHF, i go hill topping as often as i can, work permitting. My TX/RX was an Icom IC2725 @ 15 watts output into a Watson W-770HB 2m/70cm Dualbander. My QRA was Owler Bar DX Spot @ 333 Meters / 1093 Feet ASL, to the South West side of Sheffield. Latitude: 53°17'46.07"N, Longitude: 1°34'24.82"W. I hope you find this video Rob & i look forward to talking to you again soon, take care mate. Hope you enjoy the video, Regards Dave M0AKB...
